HIP RAISE EXERCISE
Abdominal fat is a body disorder predominantly caused
due to storage of intemperance fats in the tummy region. It will loosen the skin tissues by dilating them to a
size bigger than normal. The extent of storage defines how big the expansion is. Burning and exhausting the
stored fats in the tissues is the best possible way to prevent them from getting larger. Another possible way is
to discover the foods that contain indigestible fats and avoid consuming it. Exercises are always handy in
dealing with body fitness. One such exercise, to deal with abdominal fat problem is hip raising exercise, is
discussed below.
Gearing up
It is not advisable to start exercise straight away
without warming up. The body cannot adapt suddenly to rapid muscle strains and increase in temperature. A slight
loosening up by stretching arms and legs, and bending down a few times trying to touch our feet will do. A sip
of water should be taken before exercise as it would avoid any muscle twitch or sprains inside the muscle
tissues. The surface where you are going to lie and exercise must be flat and free from irregularities. Air
circulation should be excellent in the place of exercise. Loose clothing is advisable with no parts of the dress
constricting the blood flow.
Procedure
One should lie flat on his back on a flat surface
preferably on a exercise mat. The palm should be stuck to ground facing downwards. A comfortable posture should
be reached in this position and few relaxed breathing should be made. Legs should be raised gradually such that
the toes point up towards the sky. A small upward thrust should be given in the hip region so that you raise
your legs and your Abdomen muscles get compressed. Repeat this exercise for at least ten times before you take
your legs down to the ground position.
Contemplations
The mat you use should be soft but should not be thick
and bubbly as it will absorb the strains that result from the exercise. Breathing should be gradual relevant to
the body movements i.e. it should synchronize with the efforts put by the body. When the abdomen region shrinks,
air should be exhaled and when it expands, air should be taken in. It is as simple a logic of balloon getting
inflated with intake of air and vice versa. Concentration and determination should be held in mind to support
the exercise yielding output. Exercises are reliable ways to keep body fit and cure tummy fats disorder,
especially abdominal exercise can keep the abdomen muscles stiff for a long period of time once
practiced.
